We’re back. In-person. At UCLA. Join us!

Conference theme: Making Champions. We’ll explore the ways support services leaders spark success for their work teams, health systems, communities, and themselves.

Meet your support services colleagues in LA

Join us in person October 13 and 14 for the 15th HSSF Executive Conference, the only gathering exclusively for leaders of support services departments at the nation’s top hospitals – and our first on the West Coast! UCLA Health, #4 on the US News’ 2020-2021 Honor Roll, will be our host, sharing how their support services team underpins the system’s impressive performance. We’ll also hear from other HSSF member organizations such as Johns Hopkins, Cleveland Clinic, University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, Yale-New Haven, New York-Presbyterian, Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, and UNC.

We’re grateful that COVID’s retreat has enabled us to meet again in-person. Our interactive sessions are designed to make the most of being together. Rest assured that we will follow appropriate health safety protocols, whatever they may be by the time of the event. For any who still prefer not to travel, we’ll have a conference continuation online event three weeks after the in-person conference is over on Friday November 5.

HSSF memberships comes with free registration. And, as a sweetener for non-members, we’re including Individual membership in the conference registration fee. All registrations include the in-person and the post-conference continuation online event.

Colleagues,

Hi, I’m Norm Lantz, and I love LA! UCLA Health is proud to host the 15th annual HSSF Executive Conference, its first on the West Coast. HSSF, what took you so long? Our motto is “Champions Made Here”, and I’m looking forward to introducing you to my championship support services team and sharing what we’ve learned.
