Airport:
Tampa International Airport (TPA). TPA is eight miles from Tampa General Hospital and seven miles from the three recommended hotels below. Traffic can be slow, so allow plenty of time and don't schedule a return flight before 6:30 PM on Thursday.

Recommended Hotels:
We recommend three downtown hotels, all no more than two miles to Tampa General Hospital (accessible via a nice walk on Tampa's Riverwalk along the Hillsborough River), and all within a half-mile of each other.
